In reviewing the Eyrus Visibility app, which integrates with the Eyrus Apex solution, the system enables workforce tracking using Bluetooth and NFC on user‑supplied smartphones or tablets (NFC is available on iPhone devices). The interface provides live attendance data for nearby personnel, including full names, employers, arrival times, and ID photos.

WALKTHROUGHS

During site walkthroughs, Visibility supports identifying personnel on site as progress is inspected, aiding the verification of on‑site presence and team assignments.

SAFETY

Real‑time awareness of personnel in designated areas helps verify that workers are in the correct zones, enabling on‑the‑spot adjustments to maintain safety protocols.

SECURITY

When used with Eyrus photo ID badges, the app can contribute to site security by monitoring attendance at gates or during walkthroughs and by flagging individuals who are not expected on site.

Check‑in and Access Control modes provide basic access control functionality by capturing check‑in events and granted/denied actions via Bluetooth and NFC, with automatic synchronization to the Access Control Dashboard in Apex.
